Waterfront and Lake Homes in Crivitz and Surrounding Areas

Find a lake or river home. I know the water, the frontage and the questions to ask.

The water around Crivitz

Lake Noquebay is the largest lake in Marinette County, about four miles northeast of Crivitz, with trails for hiking and biking around it. The Peshtigo River runs through the village itself. High Falls Flowage and Caldron Falls Flowage are known for fishing, and Twin Bridge Park sits on High Falls Flowage. Sandstone Flowage lies between Crivitz and Pound. Big Newton Lake and Little Newton Lake are in the Town of Stephenson, and Thunder Lake is another local favorite. White Potato Lake, close to Pound, is technically in Oconto County.

I am Kathryn Conard, and waterfront is at the center of my business here in Crivitz.

What each one offers

Tell me how you want to use the water, fishing, boating, swimming, or quiet mornings, and I can point you to the lake, river or flowage that fits. A quiet bay and open water for a boat are two different purchases, even at the same price.

What to check at the shoreline

Frontage and boundaries, the condition of the shoreline, the dock or boat access, and how the property is used across the seasons. Some of this you can only learn by visiting more than once, and I will help with both.

Septic, well and survey

Ask for septic and well records, ask whether a survey exists, and ask about anything on the title that limits how you can use the property. I have local professionals for each, and my Northwoods Buyer's Guide lists the full set of questions.
