Sometimes the owner is a parent, and you are the one who lives hours away and does not know where to start. That is common. I can walk you through what needs to happen first, and I will connect you with local professionals for the parts that need them, such as an attorney for the legal side. At your pace
I do not rush people. I will tell you what I see and what I recommend, and I will stay involved so the practical parts do not pile up on top of everything else. When you have a question, I would rather you call me.
