Green Bay and Surrounding Areas Real Estate

Green Bay gives you a little bit of everything without feeling like a huge city. Shopping, restaurants, healthcare, entertainment, and of course the Packers, are all here, and a relatively short drive gets you back to smaller communities, farmland and more rural settings.

Real estate here is just as varied. Established neighborhoods, newer construction, condos, rural homes with acreage, and smaller communities where you still get a hometown feel while staying close to everything Green Bay offers. If you are deciding how you want to live before you decide where, that is the right order, and it is where I start with every client here.

I see people moving in both directions, often at different stages of life.

Some have spent years in the Green Bay area, coming north on weekends to a cabin, a lake property or hunting land. Eventually they ask why they are driving back and forth, and decide to live Up North. They may be retiring, working remotely, or ready for more land, privacy and a slower pace. I see the opposite too. Someone who has lived in the Northwoods for years decides they want to be closer to their kids and grandkids, to healthcare, or to more conveniences, without giving up the place they love. If someone told me they were considering the Green Bay area, my first question would not be which neighborhood they want. It would be how they want to live. Do they want to be close to work and activities, or do they want more land and privacy outside the city? Once I know that, narrowing down the right communities and properties is straightforward.
