The shop is the main event here. It's a 60x40 building with a 12-foot overhead door, and inside it sits a separate 20x24 workshop with its own furnace, so you can keep working when it's ten below.
The house is a knotty pine cabin with a vaulted, beamed ceiling and a wood stove on a stone hearth. Two bedrooms, a full bath, and an open loft with room for extra sleepers. Most of the furnishings stay, so you can show up and use it.
It sits back in the trees on 16.25 acres, with Long Lake right across the road. The home's roof was replaced in 2025, and the shop has a metal roof.
