This is Crooked Lake Store and Twisted Pines Putt Putt, a convenience store, gas station, ice cream shop and brand-new mini-golf course, all on one property in the Crooked Lake area outside Crivitz.

The store serves the locals, the cabin owners and the visitors who come up for the lake every summer, and fuel sales are part of the business too. Phase 1 and Phase 2 inspections on the gas pumps and underground tanks are already done, one less thing for a buyer to chase down.

The sale includes the real estate and the equipment to run the business (current inventory is separate, sold at cost at closing). This is Crooked Lake, a real Northwoods destination, you are not just buying a building here.
