How Venture North Real Estate Co and Kathryn Conard collect, use and protect information from this website, including forms, texting consent and the chat assistant.
What this site collects
When you fill out a form on this site, whether that is the contact form, a request for a property valuation, or a free guide sign-up, I collect your first name, last name, email address, and, if you give it, your phone number and a message. If a form asks for anything else, such as what you are hoping to buy or sell, that answer is collected too.
If you give a phone number and check the box agreeing to receive texts, I record that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when. Beyond that, this site does not collect personal information automatically. Standard web server logs (things like your browser type and the page you visited) are kept the way most websites keep them.
Who receives it
Your information is used by me, Kathryn Conard, to follow up with you. It is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system I use to manage leads and follow-up. This site itself is hosted on Vercel.
If you use the chat assistant on this site, your messages are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI behind it, so it can generate a response. To help keep the site working reliably under heavy traffic, basic technical information such as your IP address may be processed by Upstash, a rate-limiting service, if that is turned on. Each of these companies is a service provider handling information on my behalf, not a company I sell your information to.
How it is used
I use what you submit to respond to your question and to follow up about buying or selling property. If you sign up for one of my free guides, I use your email to send it and related follow-up. I do not sell your information to anyone.
Calls and text messages
If you give me your phone number and agree to receive text messages, I may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with me.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by calling (920) 621-6719 or emailing kconardrealestate@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in that email.
This policy is posted because California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires any commercial website that collects personal information from California residents to post one, regardless of the size of the business. It does not mean the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to this business, and Kathryn Conard has not made that determination.
